REGISTERED NURSE (RN) FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT ADULT UNITS
About The Position
Metropoltian Behavioral Health, a UHS Facility, is a growing 144-bed behavioral health facility providing a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population. This includes specialty programs for adolescents, adults, and older adults, with behavioral health assessments performed 24 hours a day. The facility also offers programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues. A robust outpatient program utilizes a combination of group, family, and individual therapy. UHS operates 28 acute care hospitals, 331 behavioral health facilities, and 60 outpatient facilities across various locations.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited professional nursing required.
- RN license issued by the State of Michigan.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
- Oversee and direct the LPNs and MHTs on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients.
