About The Position
Our BAYADA Home Care office is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses who have a passion for ADULT client care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses with trach and vent experience to join our growing home care team! Join a team that is dedicated to helping clients live safely at home with comfort, independence, and dignity.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
- Pediatric and/or adult home care
- Skilled nursing assessments and documentation
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
