About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 overnight care to clients in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, build your own routine, and focus on client care, with the support of 24/7 clinical assistance and weekly pay. Fast-track hiring incentives are available for nurses who complete onboarding quickly. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs, providing skilled, one-on-one care in the home.

Requirements

Active RN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 overnight care to clients.
Deliver personalized, high-quality care in the home.
Build meaningful relationships with clients.
Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
