About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 overnight care to clients in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, build your own routine, and focus on client care, with the backing of 24/7 clinical support and consistent weekly pay. Fast-track hiring incentives are available for nurses who can complete onboarding quickly. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs, providing skilled, one-on-one care in the home.

Requirements

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 overnight care to clients.
Work independently and build a routine focused on client care.
Deliver personalized, high-quality care to clients in their homes.
Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
