About The Position
Fonda Specialty Care, a 46-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Fonda, Iowa, is hiring a Registered Nurse to serve as a Charge Nurse. Care Initiatives operates more than 40 skilled nursing communities across Iowa and is committed to providing high-quality care and support throughout the healthcare journey. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through clinical skills and compassionate, purpose-driven care. The schedule is a full-time day shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Active and valid RN license in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate one.
- Current CPR certification.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations for long-term care.
- Compassion and commitment to treating every resident with dignity, patience, and respect.
