SAH Registered Nurse, per diem
About The Position
This Med/Surg Registered Nurse position is located on the St. James Unit at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River, Massachusetts. It is a per diem role with variable, as-needed hours. The RN provides direct patient care based on the nursing process during assigned work periods and works as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care. The RN also participates in activities that support clinical, financial, and organizational outcomes. Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Massachusetts RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Knowledge of the nursing process and social, behavioral, and biological sciences, normally acquired through an approved nursing program.
- Ability to provide age- and culturally specific care to the population served.
- Ability to analyze data, synthesize and summarize information, and make judgments regarding patient care.
- Related experience and qualifications may be required for specialty areas.

- BSN strongly preferred.
