Adena Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their 4W Ortho unit. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Hourly rate based on years of nursing experience/education
- Part Time (2 shifts/week)
- Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
- Every third weekend required
- Patient Ratio: 1:3-4 for PCU and 1:5-6 for Med Surg
- Chillicothe - 4W
Responsibilities
- Provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient’s plan of care.
- Creates an atmosphere that supports the vision: To be our regions’ most trusted partner in healthcare.
- As the primary caregiver, provides direct patient care.
- Works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician, and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
- Works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
