About The Position
DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver dialysis care at skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). The RN provides on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, delivering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting. Dialysis experience is required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Dialysis experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is a plus.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess their response to treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment and care plans.
- Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
