About The Position

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse to join its Orthopedic and Spine Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri. The clinic’s board-certified physicians, physician assistants, and qualified staff provide care for conditions and procedures involving hip and knee replacements, back and neck surgery, shoulder disease, hand and micro-vascular surgery, elbow surgery, knee arthroscopy, and ACL reconstruction. The nurse prepares instruments, conducts patient intake and assessments, and assists providers with clinic procedures. The role also includes patient education and follow-up, case management, prior authorizations, inventory management, phone triage, medical records requests, and other administrative duties. This is a full-time, day-shift position. Qualified candidates may receive tuition assistance or loan reimbursement and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
One year of nursing experience in a clinic setting is strongly preferred, or four hours of job shadowing in the clinic is required.
Active Missouri Registered Nurse license.
Skills in communication, confidence, empathy, professionalism, critical thinking, patient assessment, self-discipline, and integrity, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
