About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for home infusion services. The role offers a flexible schedule of approximately 20–25 hours per week, with some early evenings and weekend availability required. The nurse will primarily see patients in Maryland and may occasionally see a patient in Virginia. Travel and patient time are paid, and mileage is reimbursed at the federal government reimbursement rate.

Working outside a hospital setting, the Home Infusion Nurse provides one-on-one infusion care and patient education in patients’ homes, following the physician’s plan of treatment. Nurses receive ongoing training in specialty infusion technology and clinical requirements. Eligible certification and recertification expenses, including for CRNI certification, may be reimbursed. The role requires strong clinical IV experience and the ability to work compassionately with patients and their families, while communicating with physicians, pharmacists, and other care partners.

The position is with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services. The stated hourly pay range is $32.01–$68.55. The role may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure with compact licensure in Maryland; patients may also be seen in Virginia.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including at least one year of infusion/IV experience.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Valid, current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
• RN diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes.
• Conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and educate patients in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Use clinical IV experience and compassionate care to support patients recovering at home.
• Document and track patient care activity using Microsoft Office applications.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other care partners.
