About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a MedSurg and Telemetry position in Laconia, New Hampshire. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a Compact RN license.
• At least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, with a focus on advanced telemetry.
• Up-to-date resume documenting travel experience and relevant clinical skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to provide care for patients requiring phenobarbital in telemetry settings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Cerner electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced MedSurg and Telemetry environment.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, including Cardizem and insulin drips.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Accurately and promptly document pertinent patient information.
• Float to various locations within the region on an emergency basis, if required.
