Registered Nurse - Overnights
About The Position
Mountain Springs Recovery is hiring a Registered Nurse to support individuals through detox, stabilization, and the early stages of recovery. The nurse works collaboratively with providers, therapists, case managers, behavioral health staff, and other nursing and clinical team members. The role includes client intake, medication management, health monitoring, response to medical concerns, and support through recovery milestones. Ongoing training and team support are provided; prior behavioral health experience is not required. The position is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. on a rotating two-week schedule, with every other weekend required.
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans.
- Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits.
- Administer medications and document accurately.
- Process labs and communicate results to providers and the care team.
- Respond to medical concerns using clinical judgment and compassion.
- Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols.
- Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication.
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards.
- Track and manage medical supplies.
