Nurse (RN ) - Overnights
About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a registered nurse for its overnight shift at the Dublin, New Hampshire location. The nurse provides medical care to clients throughout admission, treatment, and discharge in a structured residential environment offering detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. The role works with medical, clinical, and utilization review teams to coordinate client care, manages pharmacy and prescription needs, dispenses medication, maintains medication logs and medical documentation, and educates patients individually and in groups. Avenues welcomes nurses with experience in behavioral health, detox, med-surg, corrections, or long-term care, as well as applicants seeking meaningful patient care.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to multitask.
- Compassionate, dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment, and discharge.
- Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and maintain clear medication logs.
- Collaborate with medical, clinical, and utilization review teams to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, tracking, and reporting for each client.
- Provide patient education in individual and group settings.
