About The Position
DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide inpatient dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions in a hospital setting. The role serves patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units, working closely with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff. Marshfield is the primary location, Weston is secondary, and travel to Eau Claire may be needed. The position includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays. Daily schedules may change based on patient needs, and nurses may rotate between facilities. No dialysis experience is required; paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required.
- Must pass a color vision test; accommodations are available.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is helpful but not required.
- CNN/CDN certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
- Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff.
- Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs.
- Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment.
