About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System, you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. RNs serve as patient advocates and provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. The position is full-time on a 12-hour day shift and is in Med Surg Orthopedics.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Indiana RN license.
CPR certification upon hire or ability to attain it within 60 days.

Responsibilities

Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process according to current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
Advocate for patients.
Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
