Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU (Nights)

About The Position
The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in providing nursing care in accordance with the state nurse practice act. The nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of the care provided. For ICU roles, ACLS is required within six months of hire.
Requirements
- Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License.
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification, or obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS within six months of hire into the ICU.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing functions in accordance with the state nurse practice act.
- Supervise other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care.
- Assess patient needs, plan and implement patient care, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.
