About The Position

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse - Wounded Warrior Case Manager working at Joint Base Andrews in Washington, D.C. This role involves providing case management services to wounded warriors and their families. The company, Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR), was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems. SHR is a leading organization that provides physician and clinical staffing and management services to United States Military Treatment Facilities, VA clinics and other Federal Agencies through various contracting vehicles. Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (Any State)
• A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years for ADN or two years for BSN full-time experience in clinical case management working with adults, children, families, seniors and groups.
• Certified Case Manager by Commission for Case Management (CCM) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) -OR- certification eligible with 3 years of experience for ADN or 2 years’ experience for BSN in full time clinical case management with children, families, seniors, or groups.
• BLS and ACLS
• Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.
