Registered Nurse-Wound Clinic - Ambulatory
About The Position
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This PRN position requires availability to work at least 16 hours within a six-week period and offers an outstanding work-life balance with clinic hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., no travel, no weekends, no holidays, and no call requirements. In this outpatient setting, you will provide skilled nursing care through patient assessments, wound dressing applications and changes, patient education, care coordination, and nurse-only visits while working alongside one full-time and two part-time physicians. The clinic features six treatment rooms and two hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) chambers, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment for nurses passionate about wound care and healing.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
