About The Position

Carnegie Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN). This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and resident/family satisfaction. The RN operates within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Key responsibilities include resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
