About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Vascular Interventional Pre/Post Procedural department at All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. The position is full-time, day shift. The nurse will deliver compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care, execute physician and nursing orders, monitor and communicate patient status, coordinate services, and facilitate discharge planning.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care in accordance with established protocols to promote patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes.
Execute physician and nursing orders promptly, meticulously implementing and monitoring individualized care plans to advance patient recovery.
Monitor and communicate critical patient status updates to the multidisciplinary care team to ensure timely interventions and seamless continuity of care.
Coordinate services across all clinical disciplines, serving as the primary liaison to guarantee a well-integrated, patient-centered care journey.
Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning by proactively evaluating patient needs and collaborating with the care team to ensure a safe, smooth transition home.
