About The Position
UW Medical Center-Montlake's Urologic Oncology Clinic is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse. This role involves providing patient-centered care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patients with prostate, bladder, and other urologic cancers. Requirements
- 2 years of recent oncology, urology, medical-surgical, or ambulatory nursing experience
- BLS
- Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
Nice To Haves
- RNs who can regularly work at least 6 shifts each month
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with prostate, bladder, and other urologic cancers
- Perform catheter changes, specimen collection, and intravesical treatments in a clinic setting
- Perform port and PICC lining blood draws and care
- Assist providers during minimally invasive procedures
- Conduct Epic InBasket triage and telephone triage
