About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise comprehensive resident care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
• Monitor residents' physical, emotional, and social needs and proactively address them.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff members.
• Supervise, mentor, and support staff; evaluate performance and address concerns.
• Develop and implement unit policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to support integrated community operations.
