Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience
- Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve desired outcomes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address gaps in care and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
