About The Position

We are looking for a full-time, Registered Nurse to join our Triage and Ortho Clinic team! Previous experience or education as a Registered Nurse is required. This unique role blends triage excellence with hands-on clinic support, making you an essential part of delivering exceptional orthopedic care. If you enjoy working collaboratively within a team, are proficient with a computer, and have excellent organizational and customer service skills over the phone and in person, this is the position for you! Requirements

• Graduate of a licensed school of nursing
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure, Compact Registered Nurse Licensure, or the ability to apply
• CPR Certified
• Valid WI Drivers License
• Proficiency with a computer
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills over the phone and in person

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and messages from patients received from multiple avenues
• Addressing incoming faxes from pharmacies
• Processing refill requests
• Prioritizing ER referrals
• Performing routine clinical tasks
• Proactive problem-solving in clinic settings
• Providing patient education
• Documenting everything accurately in the EMR
