We are looking for a full-time, Registered Nurse to join our Triage and Ortho Clinic team! Previous experience or education as a Registered Nurse is required. This unique role blends triage excellence with hands-on clinic support, making you an essential part of delivering exceptional orthopedic care. If you enjoy working collaboratively within a team, are proficient with a computer, and have excellent organizational and customer service skills over the phone and in person, this is the position for you! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE- TRIAGE and Clinic Working as a Registered Nurse in Triage and Clinic will give you the opportunity to work with our Orthopedic providers and staff in a fast-paced environment to improve the lives of our patients. Don't fear the unknown our training is thorough, and we check in routinely to keep your learning moving in the right direction! In the Triage role, you will be answering incoming calls and messages from patients received from multiple avenues, addressing incoming faxes from pharmacies, processing refill requests, and prioritizing ER referrals. In the Clinic role you will keep clinics running smoothly with routine clinical tasks and proactive problem-solving, providing patient education and documenting everything accurately in the EMR.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a licensed school of nursing
  • Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure, Compact Registered Nurse Licensure, or the ability to apply
  • CPR Certified
  • Valid WI Drivers License
  • Proficient with a computer
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills over the phone and in person
