About The Position
This unit consists of 22 beds and serves a diverse patient population, including individuals diagnosed with acute strokes, neurological conditions, and general medical issues. The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:5 or 1:6, ensuring adequate attention and care for each patient.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification is required.
- A nursing license is necessary for application.

- Experience in a medical-surgical or acute care environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute setting.
- Monitor and manage patients' health conditions and respond to any changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for effective patient care.
- Perform troubleshooting on BiPAP and high-flow oxygen devices as needed.
- Review and interpret telemetry strips to ensure patient safety.
