About The Position
Perform nursing duties in the Telemetry unit, providing specialized cardiac care and monitoring for patients.
Requirements
- IL License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
- EPIC Charting experience and 2+ years of strong TEL experience, including cardiac stepdown experience.
- Ability to float as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare team for patient care planning.
