About The Position

The RN in Telemetry is responsible for providing care to a diverse patient population, including those with cardiac, neuro, ortho, and oncology conditions, among others. The nurse must float within Zone 3 facilities as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of MS-Tele experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred prior neuro experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various conditions, including Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, and Renal.
• Manage nurse-to-patient ratios, typically 1:5-6 based on acuity.
• Titrate Heparin drips as required.
• Ensure effective communication via daily assignments or Just-In-Time notifications.
