About The Position

The RN Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight across assigned units or shifts to support high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Three years of acute care nursing experience.
• Ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills, and conflict mediation ability.
• Ability to facilitate change and build effective teams.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN supervisory experience and/or Charge RN experience.
