About The Position

Armor Health is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate unit-based patient care and support a safe care environment. The role oversees daily patient care activities, staff and patient scheduling, direct nursing care, employee guidance and training, coordination with other care units, and quality assurance and infection control. Requirements

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance, including a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and coordinate the unit’s daily patient care activities, ensuring physician orders are fully implemented and patient encounters are documented using the POMR format.
• Schedule staff and patients to ensure continuous coverage of patient care and effective patient services.
• Lead, guide, and train employees on related processes and expectations.
• Oversee and provide direct nursing care and consultation to patients.
• Coordinate services with other patient care units and maintain communication with allied services.
• Oversee quality assurance and infection control activities and compliance with operational standards.
