About The Position
Ivy Park Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor for its 150-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in Pittsburgh’s Shadyside neighborhood. The position provides supervision of direct nursing care for residents, assists with care as needed, and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs. The RN Supervisor works under the Director of Nursing to ensure care meets current state, federal, and local standards. The role is on the third shift, with a close-knit and supportive team. Ivy Park Post Acute is part of the PACS network. The organization describes its work as guided by love, excellence, trust, accountability, mutual respect, and fun. The facility offers opportunities to pursue nursing school or specialty goals and to pick up PRN shifts at other facilities in its regional network.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in Pennsylvania.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain required continuing education and licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience is preferred.
