REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR/EXPERT

The Registered Nurse Supervisor/Expert leads and supervises nursing teams, ensuring quality patient care delivery and adherence to healthcare standards and protocols. This position requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage nursing staff in a variety of settings. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas.
- Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, including supervisory experience.
- Excellent computer skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication.
- Organizational ability
- Time management skills
- Self starter.
- Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Supervises staff that performs the following duties: Plans, coordinates, and leads quality surveys at long term residential care facilities to ensure quality care is provided to all Arkansas patients.
- Ensure that facts and data a recorded in statement of deficiencies to substantiate or unsubstantiate any complaints or compliance issues for long term care facilities.
- Completes surveys within a specific timeframe.
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of registered nurses and nursing support staff.
- Oversee patient care planning, including assessing patient needs and monitoring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and quality standards.
- Provide clinical expertise and serve as a resource for nursing staff on complex cases.
- Coordinate care across departments, ensuring efficient communication and workflow.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and best practices.
