About The Position

This is a procedural nursing opportunity in a busy endoscopy department. The role involves gaining knowledge in endoscopic GI procedures, pulmonary procedures, and assisting with injections for the physiatry (pain) service line. The position is 0.6 FTE, which translates to a 24-hour biweekly pay period, with 8 or 10-hour Day shifts. Nights and Weekend Call are required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington (or a multi-State license from a Compact state).
• Healthcare provider BLS and ACLS Certification.
• One year of hospital bedside nursing experience.
• One to two years’ experience working with Diagnostic and Therapeutic Endoscopy procedures.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Endoscopy experience is desired but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with endoscopic GI procedures.
• Assist with pulmonary procedures.
