We are currently hiring compassionate and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in the state of California
- Proven experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or hospital settings preferred
- Strong understanding of nursing care practices and emergency response
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Team-oriented, empathetic, and dependable
- Committed to following safety and infection control standards
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide the best care and support
- Observe and document symptoms, reporting changes to physicians promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
- Perform essential nursing procedures (e.g., vitals, injections, wound care)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain hygiene and safety protocols across the facility
- Provide emergency response and support during critical situations
- Train and supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed
- Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and families
- Participate in continuing education and staff development initiatives
