About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role. The Phoenix Skilled Office is looking for individuals who believe clients and their families deserve the highest quality care, delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Open overnight shifts are available for pediatric and adult clients throughout the Phoenix metro area. This role offers one-on-one client care, allowing for meaningful impact and relationship building. BAYADA emphasizes a supportive, team-focused culture where nurses feel valued and supported.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

• Trach experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one client care.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home.
