About The Position

Palmdale Regional Medical Center is hiring a per diem Registered Nurse for its Cardiac Care Unit. The nurse provides safe, competent patient care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy; provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team; and bases nursing care on the concepts of Patient Centered Care. The role requires demonstrating Service Excellence standards at all times.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current state nursing license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
• PALS or NRP certification, current or obtained within 90 days of employment, as required by specialty.
• CPI certification within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
