Requirements
- Current Virginia RN license.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, family-first culture.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
