About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in the Port Orange area. This modified full-time role is designed for nurses who want more flexibility, fewer workdays, and higher earning potential—without sacrificing patient care quality. If you're looking to step away from hospital schedules and into a role that gives you control over your time while maintaining strong income, this is the opportunity for you. The role offers a weekend schedule of Saturday and Sunday only, with 1:1 patient care and full autonomy. The coverage area includes Volusia and Flagler Counties, with territories designed to minimize drive time and clustered scheduling.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education
- Administer treatments and monitor patient condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Complete accurate, timely documentation using streamlined tools
