About The Position
Our Cape-Atlantic County, New Jersey Offices are interested in a Registered Nurse who has a passion for skilled nursing! The ideal nurse has a drive for expanding their skills to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers weekend availability in Cape May and Atlantic County, New Jersey, including locations like Woodbine, Rio Grande (Pediatrics), Wildwood, Margate City, Ventnor City, Absecon, and more. The Baylor position offers an additional 8 hours of bonus pay on top of the base rate for shifts worked between 3 pm on Fridays and 7 am Mondays. Flexibility is required for potential assignment changes or covering other shifts if a scheduled client is canceled. Service to a client on two major holidays per year is also required, with the choice of which holidays to work. Minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 32 hours per weekend are required to receive the bonus pay. The position also requires no more than 2 call-outs per quarter. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent onboarding and training experience, catering to a wide range of clients from infant to older adults, and from low acuity to trach and vented cases. We invest in our nurses with extensive training to help them thrive on their cases.
Requirements
- Weekend Availability in Cape May and Atlantic County, New Jersey
- Must be flexible in case assignments and covering other shifts if you are canceled from your scheduled client.
- Minimum of 16 hours per weekend, maximum of 32 hours per weekend.
- Must not exceed 2 call outs or more per quarter.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities
- Provide service to a client on two major holidays per year.
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Perform skills with autonomy in the home.
