About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and formulating individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Current and valid nursing license in the state of Texas.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

- Experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and assess patient health and progress regularly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care options.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
