About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Atrium Health Fertility Center in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process in an outpatient IVF surgical center. The RN will utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills to ensure a safe patient environment and optimal patient experience. The center offers services such as Invitro Fertilization (IVF), fertility preservation, and diagnostic testing.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred
• Prior PACU and Women’s health experience
• Strong IV skills preferred
• BSN preferred
