About The Position

The Driver is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in a neat, clean, and orderly condition. The driver will operate all vehicles in a safe and secure manner, including strapping wheelchairs and using seat belts. They will obey all traffic and driving laws, and related policies and procedures, while maintaining the confidentiality of all patient and resident information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid applicable state drivers license with no moving violations in the last 3 years.
• 1 year related experience required.
• Must be able to drive for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to push or pull carts and wheelchairs with loads up to 500 pounds and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to drive vehicles safely in all types of weather
