About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role requires flexibility as the nurse will be floating to multiple locations within the region, specifically Mercy Medical Center in Redding. This position is based in Redding, CA, an area known for its beautiful scenery and outdoor recreational activities. The facility operates at a Trauma Level 3.
Requirements
- Active California Nursing License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Ability to float to other facilities as required, specifically to Redding.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting.
- Support patients and their families by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the Cerner charting system.
