About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Care (LTC) Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality care for residents while managing administrative functions efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare management or long-term care administration.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for long-term care facilities.
- Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care.
- Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage budgets and financial operations of the facility.
- Foster a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
