About The Position

Provide nursing care to adult and pediatric patients who are acutely ill and have a diverse range of medical conditions and diseases. The position is located at a facility in Oklahoma. The schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts. The contract duration is 13 weeks. ICU staffing ratio is 2:1, and SDU staffing ratio is 3:1. RNs must wear a mask at all times in the ICU and wear navy blue scrubs.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma nursing license or compact nursing license.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current AHA-certified BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Pediatric experience.
• NIHSS certification, required for all RNs/LPNs.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and interventions in accordance with nursing standards.
• Use the automated medication dispensing system (Pixys).
• Document and manage patient records using the Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
