About The Position

This is a full-time Registered Nurse position at the Atrium Health Kenilworth Infusion Center, an outpatient infusion center in Charlotte, NC. The center cares for non-oncology ambulatory infusion patients across various specialties including rheumatology, neurology, and gastroenterology. The center has 15 infusion chairs and operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm. The role focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based infusion experiences.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years of experience in clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting (emergency, ICU, oncology or infusion)

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
