About The Position

BAYADA is seeking newly licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team in the Charlotte Metro area. This role focuses on providing one-on-one patient care to adult and pediatric clients across Anson, Cabarrus, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Richmond, and Union Counties. The program aims to support nurses in learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their careers. BAYADA emphasizes quality care and provides comprehensive support, including in-depth training, simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC, highlighting its commitment to new graduate development in home care.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care to adult and pediatric clients.
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development.
