About The Position

BAYADA is seeking newly licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Nurse Residency Program in the Charlotte Metro area. This program is designed for new graduates to learn new skills, grow with challenges, succeed in assignments, and advance their nursing careers while providing one-on-one patient care to adult and pediatric clients in Anson, Cabarrus, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Richmond, and Union Counties. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider focused on quality care and celebrating 50 years of service.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care to adult and pediatric clients.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
• Participate in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work in award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs.
• Provide care to people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
