Coordinate implementation of each patient’s Plan of Care using the Nursing Process and in accordance with Reserve Care clinical standards, policies, and procedures. Additional responsibilities may include community outreach and promotion, orienting new employees, assisting with in-service programs, serving on committees, and educating or precepting students.
