Registered Nurse (RN) - Hugh Chatham Adult Acute Care - Weekends
About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The RN uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and effective communication while helping create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. The position is based on the Adult Acute Care medical-surgical unit on the second floor at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. This 61-bed unit specializes in orthopedic and stroke care and serves patients with a broad range of medical conditions and surgical needs, including postoperative recovery and acute medical management. It is a fast-paced environment with varied patient cases and opportunities to care for a wide spectrum of patient populations. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with a weekend schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The listed pay range is $38.20 to $57.30.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- At least 1 year of RN experience.
